TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A valid debit or credit card must be supplied to secure any booking made with us. We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation charge or the cost of one night's accommodation, whichever is the greater. This will be deducted from the credit card details given to us at the time of booking.
We are sorry but we cannot accept cheque deposits.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation we will charge two thirds of the total cost of your booking. If we are able to relet all or part of your booking then we will refund any monies due to you, less the deposit taken at the time of booking. Cancellations on the day you are due to arrive or 'no shows' will be charged at the full cost, ie 100% of the value of your booking.
Cancellation charges will be taken on the day the booking is cancelled from the credit card supplied at the time of booking.
No reduction can be made for temporary absence or departure earlier than booked or for any meals not taken.
Holiday insurance is widely available and we recommend that you consider holiday insurance.
Rooms are available from 2.30pm onwards. Late arrivals (ie after 7pm) must be agreed at time of booking.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, including the front balconies.
