CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Cancellations - Cancellations when they occasionally occur are a very serious matter for small Guest Houses. Once your booking has been confirmed with a deposit or credit/debit card details, we are legally bound to provide the accommodation and you are legally bound to pay for it. Therefore in the unlikely event of your cancelling all or part of your stay with us for any reason, you are still responsible for most of the remaining balance. Holiday insurance is widely available and recommended. We can provide a proposal form if required.
It is in your interests to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel all or part of your stay. If we are able to re-let the accommodation, we make a handling charge of £5 per room per night. However, if we are unable to re-let the accommodation, we will expect you to pay two thirds of the total value of the booking.
Unfortunately, no reduction can be made for temporary absence or departure earlier than booked or for any meals not taken.
Rooms are available from 2.30pm. If you expect to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will endeavour to have your room ready for you.
Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 10.30am.
