Having enjoyed seven years at Southcliffe, and having been awarded Four Stars and a Silver Award by Visit Britain for the last four years, we are proud to begin 2010 with the news that we have once again retained this prestigious award.
Our guest rooms are individually styled and furnished to give a high level of comfort. We use high quality luxury bedding in all our rooms along with high quality furniture and accessories.
Each room has a digital LCD television with over 30 channels including many digital radio stations. Complimentary wireless internet access is available for guests with laptops or PDAs.
Our hospitality trays include herbal and fruit teas, as well as regular tea, coffee, hot chocolate, luxury biscuits and bottled water.

| For our guests comfort, all rooms are en suite, with complimentary toiletry packages, and also additional extras such as hand and body lotion, cotton wool pads and buds. Hairdryers and alarm clocks are provided in all rooms. |

We have five double rooms, two of which have balconies, and one twin-bedded room. Although we do not have any family rooms we are happy to accommodate children old enough to sleep in their own bed.
Our two balcony rooms have wonderful views over Lynton towards Countisbury and Exmoor. They are slightly larger than our standard rooms and have the additional luxury of accessible balconies which can be used for relaxing during warmer weather where you can watch the world go by.

We also have a comfortable lounge where guests can relax after breakfast to read the daily newspapers. We have information on walks, drives, local attractions and areas and we are more than happy to sit with our guests and help plan the day. In the evening, guests are invited to relax with a glass of complimentary sherry in the lounge. We have a folder of local menus to help with choosing from the good selection of restaurants (most within walking distance). Evening meals are also available (Monday-Friday) for guests who prefer to eat in after a long day. |
