Breakfast is included within the price of your room and is served in our two Breakfast Rooms between 8am and 9am.
We have an extensive breakfast menu giving guests as much choice as possible. All food is freshly cooked to order and we pride ourselves on offering as much locally sourced, fresh produce as we can.
We take into account all guests’ likes and dislikes, and allergies and intolerances that they have disclosed at the time of booking. Therefore please let us know of any special dietary requirements you may have or if you would like to know any information regarding our ingredients. To start your breakfast we offer a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts and fruit juice

Full English Breakfast - Local butcher’s pork sausage, Local butcher’s short back bacon, grilled fresh tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, Heinz baked beans & free-range eggs – fried, poached or scrambled
Full Vegetarian Breakfast - Two vegetarian/vegan sausages, grilled fresh tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, Heinz baked beans & free-range eggs – fried, poached or scrambled
Smoked salmon - with scrambled or poached eggs
Smoked mackerel fillet served with poached eggs
Avocado, chorizo & poached egg - With chilli (optional) served on toasted sourdough
Fried, poached or scrambled eggs on toast
Bacon Muffin - Toasted English muffin served with bacon & mushrooms
Veggie Muffin - Toasted English muffin served with scrambled eggs & mushrooms
Sweet Waffles - Warm toasted waffles topped with fresh fruit, maple syrup & served with Greek yoghurt
Brown, white or mixed toast, jams and marmalade
Breakfast tea or cafetiere coffee, Decaf tea/coffee, Earl Grey and a wide selection of fruit and herbal teas are also available.
Our sausage and bacon is supplied by Besshill Farmshop, Barnstaple - an environmentally run farm providing locally grown and free range produce.
We use free-range eggs supplied by Black Dog Eggs, run by a farming family from Black Dog, Crediton in Mid Devon who have been in free range egg production for over 20 years.
Our freshly baked sourdough is supplied by Lynton's very own artisan baker 'Lucho Bakes'
